my entry for  official character contest. I drew a fan Villain I had an idea for in Freshman year.
Beauregard "Buck " McLane is the sheriff of a small town in Louisiana.

occupation: Police officer/ Arms dealer.

weapons: two Smith & Wesson Revolvers and a hunting Knife.
Buck is a corrupt sheriff who he and his deputies secretly smuggle Guns or bombs from Mexico to the United States and sell them on the black market.
he has an evil sick mind, and enjoy to painfully torture his prisoners after making an arrest.
his only goal is to Kill Sly Cooper in a slow painful Death.
